Standard Return Window:

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they meet our return conditions.

Extended Holiday Returns:

For purchases made between November 1st and December 31st, we offer an extended return window until January 31st of the following year.

Our Commitment:

We aim to process all returns within 5-7 business days of receiving the item at our return center. Refunds are typically issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after processing.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Eligible Items Must:
  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery (or by January 31st for holiday purchases)
  • Be in new, unused condition with all original packaging
  • Include all original accessories, manuals, and components
  • Have all original tags and labels attached
  • Not be damaged, altered, or show signs of wear
Required Documentation:

You must provide one of the following:

  • Original packing slip
  • Order confirmation email
  • Order number and billing information
  • Return Authorization Number (RMA)
Condition Requirements by Product Type:
  • Electronics: Must be factory reset with all personal data removed
  • Software/Games: Unopened and with original seal intact
  • Appliances: All protective films and packaging must be intact
  • Media: Must be in original shrink wrap

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return:

Step 1: Request Return Authorization

Contact our customer service team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This must be done within the return window.

Step 2: Package Your Item

Securely package the item in its original packaging with all accessories. Include the RMA number and original packing slip inside the box.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Use the prepaid return label provided or ship to our return center at your expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Step 4: Receive Confirmation

Once we receive your return, we'll send a confirmation email. Items are inspected within 3-5 business days of arrival.

Step 5: Get Your Refund

After inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Important Notes:
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Restocking fees may apply for certain items (see exceptions)
  • International returns may be subject to additional customs fees

  • Debit Card Refunds: 5-10 business days after processing

  • Store Credit: Immediate upon approval
  • Bank Transfer Refunds: 7-14 business days after processing
Refund Method:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase. If this is not possible, we will issue store credit or arrange an alternative refund method.

Important:

The timing of when you'll see the refund in your account depends on your bank or payment provider's processing times. Some banks may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Partial Refunds:

In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be issued for:

  • Items returned without all original accessories
  • Items showing signs of use or wear
  • Missing original packaging
  • Restocking fees for applicable items

Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

Certain items cannot be returned for safety, hygiene, or licensing reasons:

Non-Returnable Items:
  • Opened Software & Games: Once opened, software licenses are considered used
  • Digital Downloads: Instant access items cannot be returned
  • Personalized/Custom Items: Made-to-order products
  • Gift Cards & Prepaid Cards: Cannot be returned or refunded
  • Health & Personal Care: Opened health, beauty, or personal care items
  • Consumables: Printer ink, toner, batteries (unless defective)
  • Special Order Items: Items not regularly stocked
Items with Restocking Fees:

The following items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee:

  • Opened drones and UAVs
  • Special order electronics
  • Large appliances (refrigerators, washers, etc.)
  • Items missing accessories or packaging
  • Items returned after 30 days but within 60 days
Final Sale Items:

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Product Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or model? We make exchanges easy:

Exchange Options:
  • Size/Color Exchange: For the same product in a different size or color
  • Different Model: Exchange for a different model of equivalent or greater value
  • Store Credit: Receive credit for future purchases
Exchange Process:
  1. Contact customer service to initiate an exchange
  2. Receive exchange authorization and instructions
  3. Return the original item following standard return procedures
  4. Once received, we'll ship the replacement item
  5. Any price difference will be charged or refunded as applicable
Exchange Conditions:
  • Exchange items must be in stock at time of request
  • Exchanges are subject to the same condition requirements as returns
  • You are responsible for shipping costs both ways
  • If the replacement item costs less, you'll receive a refund for the difference
  • If the replacement item costs more, you'll need to pay the difference
Quick Exchange Option:

For faster service, you can place a new order for the desired item and return the original item separately. This ensures you receive the replacement faster while we process your return.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we'll make it right:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover all shipping costs and expedite the replacement at no charge to you.

Immediate Steps:
  1. Do Not Use the item if it appears damaged or defective
  2. Take Photos of the damage, packaging, and shipping label
  3. Contact Us within 7 days of delivery
  4. Provide your order number and photos
  5. Keep all original packaging and materials
Time Limits:
  • Damage claims must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Defective items must be reported within the manufacturer's warranty period
  • Wrong item claims must be made within 30 days of delivery
Manufacturer Warranties:

Many electronics come with manufacturer warranties. We can assist with warranty claims for eligible items. Please have your proof of purchase and product serial number ready.

Express Replacement:

For defective items under warranty, we may offer an express replacement where we ship the replacement immediately and provide a prepaid return label for the defective item.
